Career Setu was born out of a simple yet powerful belief: Talent exists everywhere, but opportunities often don’t. In many Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities across India, there are brilliant, driven students who, due to economic constraints, lack access to the training and resources necessary to excel in the rapidly growing technology sector.
We, driven by a passion for education and a commitment to social upliftment, set out to change that. What started as a small initiative to offer guidance and mentorship has now blossomed into a full-fledged non-profit organization.
Career Setu is dedicated to identifying hidden talent, providing world-class skill development programs, and bridging the gap between education and employment for students who need it most.
We launched our first program focused on training security analysts, and soon, students from our inaugural batch found themselves placed in promising startups. This marked the beginning of our journey toward empowering underrepresented communities with the skills and confidence they need to thrive in today’s digital world.
